How we do it
1. Field Inspection
Each machine is field inspected to evaluate it against Komatsu's high performance standards. Here are just a few of the areas our distributors investigate and evaluate:
Work equipment - buckets, blades, rippers
Hydraulic equipment - boom, arm, cylinders, motors, pumps
Undercarriage/tires
External appearance - cab, covers, frames, paint.
2. Diagnostics and Repairs
Most Komatsu Distributor Certified Used Equipment is not sold "as is." That means our distributors perform complete diagnostic testing and make repairs - if needed - in order to meet Komatsu quality standards. Diagnostics involve areas such as:
